PgDL English Legal System & Constitutional Law Textbook

This new Law Textbook introduces the key features of the English Legal System and the UK Constitution. Importantly it includes the fast-moving area of Retained EU Law, as well as challenges facing the UK constitution.

The legal principles and rules contained within the textbook are stated as at 1 May 2023.

The author Trevor Tayleur is a retired Associate Professor at the University of Law in Moorgate, London.
This title forms part of a new ‘Introduction to Law’ series, designed to support postgraduates in their study of the core subjects of English Law. The textbook aims to provide the reader with a solid knowledge and understanding of fundamental legal principles and rules. It gives the reader the opportunity to explore areas of critical interest while also identifying practice-based context.

For students at The University of Law, this is one of 8 textbooks students will require to study on the PgDL.
