Bundle of 3 Textbooks: PgDL Semester 2

This bundle contains three books – Land Law, Equity and Trusts and Administrative Law and Human Rights. These three books are part of the eight textbooks that make up The Introduction to Law Series.
 
The new ‘Introduction to Law’ series is designed to support postgraduates in their study of the core subjects of English Law. The textbooks aim to provide the reader with a solid knowledge and understanding of fundamental legal principles and rules. They give the reader the opportunity to explore areas of critical interest while also identifying practice-based context.
 
For students at The University of Law, this is three of 8 textbooks students will require to study on the PgDL, MA Law (SQE1 and MA Law (Conversion). The textbooks are used alongside other learning resources to prepare students not only for achievement of an academic qualification, but also for a future life in professional legal practice. The legal principles and rules contained within this study manual are stated as at 1 September 2023.

Each title is designed to operate as a study manual, rather than solely a textbook. This means that understanding of the academic law is developed using worked examples and activities, as well as more traditional explanation of legal principles. 

The textbooks are used alongside other learning resources to prepare students not only for achievement of an academic qualification, but also for a future life in professional legal practice.
