Overview

CILEx Regulation Alternative Route to Advanced Practice Rights Assessment Only

Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law: Each assessment-only module is online, part-time (approximately seven weeks in duration), with final assessments in the last two weeks.

Probate, Conveyancing: Each assessment-only module is online, part-time (approximately three months in duration), with final assessments in the last two weeks.

This assessment is only available to CILEx Fellows.

Bookings made by non members will result in cancellation and a refund of the original booking fee.

Details

The assessment-only option includes an induction and access to materials to help you prepare for the assessment, including a specimen assessment, information about assessment methods, and online subject area textbook.

There are no other materials and no tutor supervision.

On successful completion students receive 20 credits at Master’s level.

There is a Training and Assessment version. Online, part-time (approximately six months in duration). Teaching, resources and a mock assessment are provided.
